1. General

By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Our store operates on a dropshipping model, meaning products are sourced directly from multiple third-party suppliers/resellers.

2. Products & Availability

Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided by resellers. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations may occur.

Product availability depends on our resellers and may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our website/app.

Prices are listed in [Currency] and include/exclude taxes (depending on your country’s law).

Payment must be completed before order processing of customize items or hand made jewelry 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary as items may be shipped from different resellers and locations.

Customers may receive multiple packages if ordering products from different resellers.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies depend on the reseller’s rules. We will facilitate communication but final approval is from the supplier.

Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and returned within [X days].

Certain items (personal care, customized goods, perishables) are non-returnable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report it within [48 hours] of delivery with photo proof.

We will work with the reseller to arrange replacement/refund.

We act as an intermediary platform between customers and resellers.

The responsibility for product quality, warranties, and authenticity lies with the reseller.

8. Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We are not responsible for product misuse, allergic reactions, or safety concerns related to items.

Customer data is kept confidential and shared only with resellers/shipping partners for order fulfillment.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the store means acceptance of the updated term
